Work under this Contract includes copper gutter repairs at the main barrel roof and rotunda roof locations, replacement of associated heat trace cables, brick repointing at existing through wall drain pipe rain water leaders, inverted flat roof wall re-flashing, precast concrete panel joint re-sealing around the rotunda roof and the replacement of one (1) inverted flat roof area (Approximately 150 sq ft).
