The Region of Waterloo (Region) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies specialized in the design, installation, and maintenance of building security systems.  For further clarity, building security systems are generally defined as the hardware and software necessary to prevent and monitor unauthorized access through local access systems and sensors for monitoring as well as the centralized system necessary for the supervisory services required to administer the system.
