The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to perform detailed design, provide tendering support, perform contract administration, and provide construction inspection services for the proposed upgrades to the Roseville Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
