The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to prequalify Construction firms that provide concrete services for future Request for Tender (RFT) of 241 Southwood Concrete replacement. Only those Construction firms who prequalify will be invited to submit bids. During the term of this prequalification, all contractors working on Region of Waterloo projects will be required to be enrolled in, and in good standing with, the Region’s preferred safety compliance program. These requirements will be included in all future tenders |
