The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to provide engineering services to carry out the de-commissioning and removal of the old outdoor switchgear KITSWGR‑01 at the Kitchener Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Existing Utility metering (Enova Power), and network controls from KITSWGR-01 will be moved to the Energy Centre Building indoors and integrated with Switchgear KITSWGR‑03.
