ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY* Contract 5A, Maintenance Standby Digested Sludge Storage Tank and Control Building Upgrades (T2020-106) at Kitchener Wastewater Treatment Plant, City of Kitchener, Ontario. Work to be carried out in this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing roof on the Maintenance Standby Sludge Storage Tank (MSDSST) and installation of a new aluminium fixed roof. Removal and replacement of piping associated to the MSDSST. Concrete repairs, new external paint finish and internal waterproofing for the MSDSST. Removal and replacement of the roof structure and new masonry block wall of the Control Building. Removal of existing piping, HVAC and electrical equipment in the Control Building and installation and commissioning of new equipment. New electrical distribution and gas detection system. Bids will only be accepted by the following bidders under PQ2020-03
