The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting firm (the “Consultant”) to work collaboratively with the City of Waterloo, City of Kitchener, City of Cambridge, and Region of Waterloo, to engage the community in consultation for regional cultural planning. The goal of this approach is to encourage further collaboration between the municipalities and avoid duplication of consultation within the culture sector. In undertaking a cultural planning across the region, specifically to engage in consultation across the region, we will identify needs and opportunities across the region, and identify actions for each area municipality |
