Description: 

The work of this Contract includes:

  • Removal of existing concrete sidewalk on the north side of Fairway Road from Lackner Boulevard to Pebble Creek Drive;
  • Construction of a new asphalt multi-use trail along the north side of Fairway Road, from Lackner Boulevard to Pebblecreek Drive;
  • Localized removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter;
  • Intersection improvements at Lackner Boulevard including removal of concrete island, new traffic signal pole installations, and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements;
  • Intersection improvements at Pebble Creek Drive including new traffic signal pole installation and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements; 
  • Removal and replacement of side inlet catchbasins;
  • Relocation of streetlight poles to accommodate the new trail; and,
  • Installation of new pavement markings.
