Supply and installation of a new water transmission main on Sawmill Road (Regional Road 17) from approximately 60m west of the bridge crossing Grand River to Golf Course Road (300 mm diameter, 320 m long), and Golf Course Road from Sawmill Road (Regional Road 17) to the intersection of Golf Course Road and Golf Course Road (150 mm, 330 m long), in the Township of Woolwich, Ontario. The scope of work also includes a new Pressure Reducing Valve Chamber on Sawmill Road.  The watermain is to be installed by open-cut methods excepts for the bridge where the watermain is to be hung off the bridge.
