Bleams Road from Trussler Road to Fisher-Hallman Road/ Trussler Road from Bleams Road to Ottawa St  Consists of improvements of the roadway surface including new concrete curb and gutter with splitter islands and four proposed roundabouts, watermain installation, sanitary sewer installation, related storm sewer/structure adjustments, new sidewalk with truncated dome installation at all street crossings, Asphalt Multi Use Trail construction and additional street lighting throughout the corridor.
