The Region of Waterloo is seeking information in the form of an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective software vendors experienced in offering Geographic Information System (GIS) based program data management platforms. Please note this document is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) but an initial market scan for the purpose of determining platforms and vendors in the market capable of supporting the Region’s obligations under the Clean Water Act (CWA) to implement policies in the Grand River Source Protection Plan (SPP). The information gathered through this EOI will inform the Region’s phased implementation approach, budget and staff resourcing |
