Part A – RR 17 (Sawmill Road – Snyder’s Flats Road to Katherine Street, Woolwich Twp


For the purposes of this Contract, it is assumed that Sawmill Road runs in the north-south
direction. The primary scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the existing asphalt roadway, through
asphalt milling, pulverizing of the pavement structure, and hot mix asphalt (Superpave).
Supplementary items of this Contract include, regrading of blended pulverized material within
the roadway and shoulders, granular placement, and replacement of guiderail systems.

Part B – RR 5 (Nafziger Rd) – Snyder’s Road to Erbs Road, Wilmot Twp
 

For the purposes of this Contract, it is assumed that Nafziger Road runs in the north-south
direction.
 

Asphalt milling, Superpave 19.0mm & SP 12.5mm.
Work is expected to be completed simultaneously on both Sawmill Road and Nafziger Road if necessary in order to complete both road sections prior to expiration of 25
working days.
