Qualified construction firms who provide General Contracting and experienced in building envelope repairs, masonry restoration, and structural lintel remediation are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for an upcoming procurement process related to the WRH - Kingscourt Masonry Repair project. The successful Bidder (in the RFT process) will be part of a team formed by the Region and consultant(s) for the implementation of the project. Construction of the project is expected to commence in April 2026 with substantial completion expected by July 2026. During the term of this prequalification, all contractors working on Region of Waterloo projects will be required to be enrolled in, and in good standing with, the Region’s preferred safety compliance program. These requirements will be included in future tenders.
