The Region of Waterloo (Region) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from photographers specialized in the categories described in the section for ‘scope of work’ of the EOI document.. The intent is for the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (Region) to identify a qualified supplier database to provide professional photography services to multiple Regional departments on an “as –and-when needed basis” for a two year period with the option to extend for three additional one year periods. 1) The product and service offering are consistent with the fundamental requirements of Region of Waterloo Creative Multimedia Services’ and the Region of Waterloo needs as described later in this document. 2) The supplier can demonstrate and substantiate a strong track record of delivery of similar solutions of size and complexity comparable to the Region's needs.The provided service aligns with Regional strategic direction. 3) The information gathered from this EOI will help inform a potential Request for Quotation process. |
