This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is for the winter maintenance at approximately 2700 GRT bus stops within the Region of Waterloo for the winter maintenance season from November 15 to April 15.  The winter maintenance is broken down into three main service areas:

•    Kitchener
•    Cambridge
•    Waterloo and Townships
