Qualified construction firms who provide General Contracting (GC) services are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for an upcoming procurement process for GC services for asphalt and concrete replacement at 2 (two) Waterloo Regional Housing townhome sites.

During the term of this prequalification, all contractors working on Region of Waterloo projects may be required to be enrolled in, and in good standing with, the Region’s preferred safety compliance program. These requirements will be included in all future tenders.
