The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to provide engineering services for the Detailed Design, Tendering Assistance, Contract Administration and Site Inspection of the Mannheim WTP – Coagulation Redundancy Upgrades.
