Qualified roofing construction contractors who provide roofing services are invited to submit pre-qualifications for upcoming Region of Waterloo Flat Roofing Replacement projects.

During the term of this prequalification, all contractor’s working on Region of Waterloo Projects will be required to be enrolled and in good standing on the Region’s preferred Safety Compliance program (ISN). These requirements will be included in all future tenders.
