The Region will be procuring two (2) Modular Relocatable Structures as part of the planned terminal expansion at YKF Region of Waterloo International Airport. The structures to be provided are full 'turn-key' products which are to include all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. The contract for the supply and installation of these structures will be novated to a General Contractor who will facilitate site and building tie-ins. The project is expected to start by June 9th, with installation of structures starting in September, and then phased installations and occupancies which must be completed by the end of the year.
