General Contractors are invited to submit SUPPLEMENTARY PRE-QUALIFICATION information for the proposed GRT Northfield Drive construction project to be located at 300 Northfield Drive, Waterloo.

The Region of Waterloo wants to construct a new 200 bus facility to expand bus storage and bus maintenance capacity for both standard and articulated buses.  The Region acquired 17 acres of property located at 300 Northfield Drive in Waterloo.  The proposed GRT Northfield Facility will accommodate Mobility Plus vehicles, regular buses and articulating buses. Articulating buses are to be introduced to the fleet beginning in 2021.
