General Contractors and mechanical subcontractors are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for the installation of a roof top, Make-up Air Unit (MAU), at 518 Greenfield Avenue, Kitchener. 

 

The project involves installing a new fully electric (no gas connection) MAU on the roof and supplying air to the common areas of the building. A roof access hatch and ladder system to be installed as well. This will involve crane lifting, roof penetrations, structural reinforcements, mechanical, electrical, abatement, and other trade works.
