Requires demolition of walls, finish walls floors, new plumbing fixutres and pipe replacement in washroom, new mechanical systems, new millwork, new doors, new partitions, new lighting, electrical and security systems, supply/install of accessories and furnishings, new fire supression and fire alarm changes Only contractors who have been successfully prequalified under PQ2022-22 may bid on this work.
