This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for development proposals for new affordable rental housing for low to moderate income households with the assistance of Year 7 Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (“OPHI”) funding of $872,660 and Regional Strategic Investment in Affordable Housing (“SIAH”) funding of $2,000,000, for a total of $2,872,660. Construction Ready Projects are to be building permit ready by April 2026 subject to the OHPI Funding criteria. |
