This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for qualified developers for the development and management of affordable rental housing for low to moderate income households on Regional lands municipally known as 30 Lauris Avenue, Cambridge (“the Property”). The Region intends to lease the lands for a term not less than 57 years. |
