Description: 

Construction of a 3.0m wide multi-use trail adjacent to the Waterloo Central Railway between Northfield Drive and Farmer’s Market Road, including drainage improvements, Forwell Creek culvert extension, access to adjoining properties and street lighting. Project is to be split into two stages with the section of trail adjacent to the tracks constructed in 2021 (60 Day Contract) and the section between the tracks and Parkside Drive constructed in 2022 (20 Day contract). Note that the 2022 works are provisional and will be completed contingent on the direction of the Region of Waterloo.
