This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for development proposals for new affordable rental housing for low to moderate income households with the assistance of Year 6 Ontario Priorities Housing Initiative (“OPHI”) funding of $1,074,960. Construction Ready Projects are to be building permit ready by April 2025 subject to the OHPI Funding criteria. |
