The Region of Waterloo invites non-profit and/or co-operatives respondents to propose a housing project on lands currently owned by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo at 15 – 105 Mooregate Crescent in Kitchener. The Region is open to a range of approaches that are financially sustainable, responsive to housing needs in the community, and align with the Region’s Strategic Plan and WRH RP.
