The Regional Municipality of Waterloo may require contractor services on a rotating basis in several areas of construction, maintenance and emergency services of the Overhead or Underground High Voltage Distribution Network located at the Region of Waterloo International Airport, but at any point may be used by other departments requiring these types of services.
