This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply of medical gases and management of an on-site consignment inventory program at the Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services Headquarters, Kitchener Fire Department Headquarters, Waterloo Fire Department Headquarters, and Wellesley Township Fire Department Headquarters. The program includes removal of empty cylinders for refilling, inventory record keeping and audits.
