The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (“Consultant”) for a Hydrogeology and Source Water Protection Study of the Parkway Well Field in Kitchener, Ontario. This study is focused on the investigation of chloride and sodium impacts in the groundwater. Details of the technical Terms of Reference are provided in Appendix E of this package. |
