This contract includes separating the existing Sunshine Lounge from Heritage Hall to create a stand alone space. Renovation will include replacement of kitchen millwork, new millwork in the living/loune space, new flooring finishes throughout, painting refresh, lighting and plumbing alterations. IPAC procedures required.
