The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) for the Preliminary and Detailed Design, Construction Inspection, and Contract Administration Services for the Wellesley Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Upgrades project.
