Contractors are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for an opportunity to be added to the Region of Waterloo’s list of approved designated substance and mould abatement contractors. The Pre-qualified Contractor List will establish a list of contractors who will be pre-qualified to bid on designated substance and mould abatement projects at all Region properties Only those contractors on the list will be permitted to bid. Services are on an “as and when required” basis for a period of three (3) years with the final date of the pre-qualification being January 31, 2024. The Region operates 24/7 and as such, the contractors may be required to be available on short notice, and provide services beyond regular business hours if necessary, including weekends. Only those submitting a response to this Request for Pre-qualification will have the opportunity to be included on the Pre-qualified Contractors List.
