This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to create a Rotational Roster of Trade Contractors for Region of Waterloo Housing locations

The contract shall be for the terms as mentioned below , with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms/periods. 

  • Year 1: May 1,2025 to December 31,2025

  • Year 2: January 1,2026 to December 31,2026

  • Optional year 1: January 1,2027 to December 31,2027

  • Optional year 2: January 1,2028 to December 31,2028

  • Optional year 3: January 1,2029 to December 31,2029
