General Contractors and mechanical subcontractors are invited to submit PRE‑QUALIFICATION information for the construction of a LEED certified, 7-storey residential development at 581‑595 Langs Drive, Cambridge.

The project will be a new build 7-storey, 13,630 square metre residential building. The building structure includes poured concrete foundations, block structural walls, cast-in-place concrete slabs, precast concrete slabs, with a combination of brick and metal cladding exterior façade.
