Painting Contractors are invited to submit
PRE-QUALIFICATION information for painting of the common areas within Waterloo
Region Housing buildings.
Project Summary To paint the interior walls, doors and frames of all common areas within twenty-six (26) of the Waterloo Region Housing properties. The properties will be divided into three (3) groupings of 8/9 buildings to be priced separately in the tender. Bidders may choose which groupings they wish to bid on. The estimated value of each grouping is $150,000.00 making the entire project worth approximately $450,000.00 In the prequalification, bidders should indicate (on the bidder’s checklist) if they intend to bid on 1, 2, or 3 groupings. This will allow the Region to determine if minimum bonding limits and prior experience are sufficient, as demonstrated via the submission. |
