The purpose of this document is to identify and select by means of prequalification, experienced Proponents who will then be invited to submit a bid on the proposed work for the Kitchener Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Primary Clarifier Upgrades. Due to the nature and complexity of the work involved, the Region will be inviting only those Proponents who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work. By prequalifying Proponents, the Region is still intent on ensuring a competitive bidding process. |
