The work of this Contract includes improvements to various components of the Region of Waterloo International Airport.  All work shall be contained within ground-side areas only and shall not encroach into the air-side perimeter. The primary scope of work under this Contract will include the following activities:

·  Airport road milling and resurfacing

·  Parking Lot #3 milling and resurfacing

·  200mm diameter local sanitary sewer installation including crossing of the Randall Drain.

·  Management of groundwater during excavation, including a well-point dewatering system (if required, provisional)

·  Shoring and utility protection

·  Storm sewer and catchbasin installations and adjustments as well as structure adjustments, as required;

·  Topsoil, seeding and site restoration

·  Traffic control
