The purpose of this document is to identify and select by means of Prequalification, experienced Proponents who will then be invited to submit a bid on the future work for the Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Integration services. Due to the nature and complexity of the work involved, the Region will be inviting only those Proponents who are most experienced and qualified to bid on and undertake the specified scope of work.
