General Contractors, Mechanical Sub-Contractors and Electrical Sub-Contractors are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for the proposed Paramedic Services Headquarters located construction project to be located at 1001 Erbs Rd, Waterloo, ON. The project consists of construction of a new 4460 square meter (SM) building, which includes a two storey Administration wing connected to a single storey vehicle storage garage. The administration portion of the building will provide space for offices, training, and locker facilities for paramedics, management, and administrative support staff. The vehicle storage garage (2,520 SM) includes a vehicle wash system, an active bay, and provides indoor storage for up to 22 ambulances and additional support vehicles. |
