The work under this contract includes replacement of existing exterior sealants at windows/ control joints, localized replacement of deteriorated masonry, repointing of mortar joints and repairs/ replacement to delaminated limestone panels of regional property at 150 Frederick St., Kitchener, Eight (8)-storey office building, constructed in 1993.
