The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting firm (the “Consultant”) to provide planning, analysis and recommendations towards the Corporate Facilities Strategic Plan to service the Region of Waterloo. This work will establish a coordinated, portfolio-level framework to support long-term facilities planning, optimization of space and assets and improved capital and operating decision-making.
