SCOPE OF WORK
The work consists of the following upgrades and replacement of blowers to the Waterloo WWTP:


1 Blower Replacement: Remove 7 existing HSi turbo blowers and associated
piping and install 7 pre-purchased Atlas Copco turbo blowers.


2 Remove existing harmonic filters and heat exchangers.


3 Installation of 7 trans-lineator (harmonic filter coupled with a step-down
transformer) 600/480V.


4 New HVAC, electrical, I&C to support blowers upgrade and replacement.


5 Architectural and structural to support blowers upgrade and replacement.
