Demolition of existing Plant 1 features to make room for the Region to construct new infrastructure at the Site and remove facilities that have reached the end of their service life.

Work includes,

·  Pre demolition of Plant 1 (aeration tanks and secondary clarifiers),

·  Demolition of digesters

·  Effluent watermain replacement

·  Decommissioning of the chlorine contact tanks (CCT)
