The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to review and update the current Context Sensitive Regional Transportation Corridor Design Guidelines (CSDG) originally approved in 2010 and revised in 2013.  Since this revision, there have been significant changes to planning and transportation policies and best design practices both locally and provincially.
