The Regional Municipality of Waterloo is seeking a Consulting Engineering Firm to complete the preliminary design; detailed design; and contract administration and construction inspection services for the Phase 2 extension of River Road (Regional Road 56), from King Street (Regional Road 8) to Wabanaki Drive in the City of Kitchener.
