Work of this project involves complete renovations of existing washrooms at two of our housing sites (241 Southwood Dr., Cambridge; 60 Paulander Drive, Kitchener) and at Southwood Drive replacement of all original domestic water lines. Work is expected to begin November, 2020 with completion by May 15, 2021. The following is a list of pre-qualified General Contractors, as qualified under Request for Pre-qualification PQ2020-08, who have been approved to bid on this Contract:
