The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) and the Township of Woolwich (the “Township”) wish to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to provide the necessary evaluation and development of a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) for the lands in and around Region of Waterloo International Airport. The CIP will support the growth of the Aerospace and Aviation (A&A) sector in Waterloo Region.
