Mechanical Contractors are invited to submit PRE-QUALIFICATION information for the proposed renovation for the Corporate Space Optimization Project Phase 2 and Phase 3, located at Region of Waterloo Administration Headquarters, 150 Frederick Street Kitchener.

The project includes renovations of all floors within the 30-year-old, 10-storey above grade / 2 storey below grade building. The gross area of the building is 157, 099.27 sq ft / 14,594.5 sq m with each floor area being around 25 092 sq ft / 2331.1 sq m. 

A large portion of the project will be to complete pipe replacements throughout the building and install new plumbing systems for 7 new all gender washrooms, 3 new barrier free washrooms, and 7 new kitchenettes.
