This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for RetrofitWR.
RetrofitWR is a home retrofit program that provides eligible homeowners within the Region of Waterloo financial and technical support to undertake home energy retrofits, reduce GHG emissions and utility costs. This is accomplished through an innovative financing framework, supported through the Federation of Canadian Municipality’s Community Efficiency Financing Program.
